Administrative Penalties Regulation Approved Under the Waste Diversion Transition Act, 2016

The Government of Ontario has approved the Administrative Penalties Regulation under the Waste Diversion Transition Act, 2016. The regulation came into effect on Friday, November 3, 2017. Ontario Tire Stewardship Granted Extension to Submit Wind-Up Plan
