RPRA’s 2025-2030 Strategic Plan

Vision and mission

We envision a waste-free and prosperous Ontario.

Our mission supports waste reduction and resource recovery by enforcing compliance with Ontario’s producer responsibility laws, providing registry services to our regulated community and reporting publicly on Ontario’s progress towards a circular economy.

Fairness. Accountability. Integrity. Collaboration. Inclusion. Innovation.

Our values guide how we accomplish our mission. Our values are considered throughout decision making processes and day-to-day operations involving our regulated community, partners, stakeholders, and staff.
