RPRA's Registry now open for supply and performance reporting for batteries, ITT/AV, and lighting
Producers, PROs, processors, haulers, and refurbishers must submit a performance report to RPRA by April 30, 2025. Producers are also required to submit a supply report and pay the 2025 program fee. Learn more about recent regulatory amendments that may impact this year's reporting.
RPRA's 2025 program fees now posted
RPRA has posted the final 2025 program fees for the Excess Soil and Hazardous Waste Program (HWP) registries and for all producer responsibility programs. The 2025 program fee rates take effect on January 1, 2025.
