Hazardous Waste Program Registry Data

2024 HWP Registry data summaries were published on June 27, 2025. Review the data here.

Under Ontario’s Hazardous Waste Program (HWP), generators, carriers and receivers of hazardous and liquid industrial waste are required to report how they properly stored, transported, recycled, recovered and disposed of the waste to protect public health and the environment.

Generators, carriers and receivers report on their waste management activities through the RPRA HazTrack Mobile App and Registry. The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks is responsible for conducting compliance and enforcement activities for the program.

RPRA publishes reported data annually. Published reports do not contain commercially sensitive information or personal information.
