As a designated essential service, the Authority’s business operations continue.
However, the Authority is taking precautionary measures to protect staff, registrants and stakeholders and support government public health initiatives to limit the spread of COVID-19.
All staff are working remotely and our head office at Yonge and Sheppard is closed.
Any previously scheduled in-person meeting, learning session and/or presentation is cancelled and will be rescheduled online or via teleconference if possible.
The Registry continues to be available to registrants and Compliance and Registry Officers, as with all other staff, continue to be available by phone and email to provide registrants support.
The Authority will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and follow the advice of public heath officials and adjust its precautions and operations accordingly to protect staff, registrants, stakeholders and the broader public.
While every effort is being made to ensure uninterrupted operations, the COVID-19 situation is rapidly evolving and response times may be impacted due to necessary precautions.
