Successful proponent of the Blue Box, AI Enablement and Collection Activities Registry Projects RFP

In August 2026, RPRA selected Virtusa Consulting and Services Inc. to develop and implement three projects related to its digital registry and oversight of regulated programs:

  1. Modification and expansion of system functionality for Blue Box performance reporting, including enhancements to align and improve how PRO-producer relationships are supported across shared functionality for all programs
  2. Refinement of collection activities functionality to align with regulatory changes
  3. Assessment of high-value AI use cases for compliance activities with potential implementation

The RFP was issued by invitation to twelve vendors and publicly posted on Biddingo and Merx on May 20, 2026. Proposals were accepted until June 25, 2026.
