Used Tires Plan Posted for Consultation
The proposed Used Tires Program (UTP) Wind Up Plan submitted by Ontario Tire Stewardship to the Authority is now available for review and comment.
As required under the WDTA, the Authority is currently conducting public consultations on the proposed plan and inviting interested stakeholders to provide comment between December 22, 2017 and February 16, 2018.

Comments on the proposed plan can be sent to the Authority at consultations@rpra.ca until February 16, 2018.
The Authority will also be convening in-person consultations on the proposed plan on January 23, 2018 at the Westin Prince hotel in Toronto between 9am and 1pm. The meeting will also be simulcast via webinar.
