2019 Registry Fees for Tires posted
The Authority has posted the 2019 Registry Fees for Tires. These are fees that registered parties pay to the Authority to cover the Authority’s costs related to developing and operating the Registry and carrying out compliance and enforcement activities.
The Authority’s Board approved the 2019 fees after consultation and in accordance with the General Fee Setting Policy and Fee Setting Methodology. Of note:
- Fees for producers remain the same as 2018 fees
- Service providers will continue not to pay fees
- Fees for producer responsibility organizations (PROs) were modified to consolidate the $5000 registration fee with the Registry license fee to reduce administrative burden for both the Authority and PROs
