The Registry is now open for 2020 Tire, Batteries and ITT/AV Supply Reporting
Supply Reporting is now open in RPRA’s Registry for producers of tires, batteries and information technology, telecommunications, audio-visual (ITT/AV) equipment.
The deadline for producers to submit the report and pay their annual program fee is July 4, 2022.
Producers can access the report from your dashboard by logging into your Registry account.
What do Tire producers need to report?
- Supply Report
- The units and weights of tires supplied in Ontario in 2020
- Supply Audit Report
- Producers who meet the definition of a large or medium producer are required to provide an audit report to verify the supply data being submitted.
- Small producers will not be required to submit an audit report, however, a percentage of small producers selected annually by the Registrar will be subject to an inspection procedure.

- Visible Resource Recovery Fee Verification Report
- Producers with a collection target greater than 300,000 kg for 2020 who marketed tires or vehicles and chose to identify a separate charge related to resource recovery in 2020 are required to submit a report with respect to the fees they collected.
- Producers with a collection target less or equal to 300,000 kg for 2020 are not required to provide a report, however, RPRA will carry out random inspections to ensure compliance.

What do ITT/AV producers need to report?
If you are a producer of ITT/AV, you are required to submit:
- Supply Data Report
- The weight of ITT/AV supplied in Ontario in 2020
- If applicable, the weight of post-consumer or products eligible for a reduction in management requirement supplied in Ontario in 2020. Refer to the EEE Verification and Audit Procedure for more information.
- Supply Data Verification Report
- Producers will need to work with a qualified person to complete a report to verify the supply data being submitted

What do battery producers need to report?
If you are a producer of single-use or rechargeable batteries, you are required to submit:
- Supply Data Report
- The weight of single-use batteries supplied in Ontario in 2021
- The weight of rechargeable batteries supplied in Ontario in 2020
- If applicable, the weight of post-consumer recycled content contained in:
- Single-use batteries supplied in Ontario in 2021
- Rechargeable batteries supplied in Ontario in 2020
