RPRA launches annual stakeholder survey for Hazardous and Special Products and Blue Box registrants

The Authority has commissioned Modus Research, an independent, third-party research firm, to conduct a survey to better understand and serve its stakeholders. This is the third year the Authority is administering a survey of this nature.

The survey launched this week and invited Hazardous and Special Products and Blue Box registrants to participate. Tires, batteries and ITT/AV registrants were surveyed earlier this fall, and lighting registrants will be invited to participate in a similar survey in 2023.

A summary of the results will be included in the organization’s corporate scorecard as part of RPRA’s Annual Report. See RPRA’s 2021 Annual Report for last year’s results.
