Managed Services and Enhancements RFP

RPRA has selected a vendor to provide “Level 3 Managed Services and Enhancements” across the RPRA technology stack for a period of three years. 

The RFP for the Managed Services and Enhancements was issued by invitation to eight vendors and was also posted on Merx and Biddingo on June 29, 2023. Proposals were accepted until August 19, 2023.

Managed Service Provider for Infrastructure and Desktop Support RFP

RPRA has selected a vendor to become our managed service provider for desktop and infrastructure support. 

The RFP for a Managed Service Provider was issued by invitation to four vendors and was also posted on Merx and Biddingo on August 16, 2023. Proposals were accepted until September 13, 2023.
