2025 Excess Soil and Hazardous Waste Program Registry datasets now available 

*As of June 16, 2026, the revised HWP datasets are now available.

RPRA has published 2025 datasets from the Excess Soil and the Hazardous Waste Program registries on its website.

The datasets are available as downloadable Excel files and provide select information about regulated activities under both programs.

Excess soil data includes information submitted through project area, residential development soil depot and reuse site notice filings. HWP data includes aggregate information submitted by carriers, generators and receivers.
