2025 Annual Report, Auditor General Recommendations Tracker, and additional public reporting data now available

RPRA’s 2025 Annual Report is now available in English and French. This is RPRA’s 10th annual report since it was established in November 2016.
The report highlights RPRA’s key 2025 activities in compliance and enforcement, communications, public reporting, stakeholder engagement, service delivery, financial performance, and audited financial statements.

With the release of the 2025 Compliance Activities, new metrics have been added to support RPRA’s commitment to expand and strengthen public reporting. The data highlights RPRA’s registry support activities across all programs and compliance and enforcement activities for producer responsibility programs, including:
- Number of inspection and compliance cases closed
- Number of non-compliance cases closed
- Number of open potential free rider cases
- Number of free riders brought into compliance with registration requirements
- Number of free rider cases closed
- Supply and performance report submission rates
- Number of registered producers and PROs by program
- Number of calls and emails to and from RPRA’s frontline staff
- Updated historical metrics
- Results from RPRA’s 2025 registrant survey, including feedback from registrants in producer responsibility programs and digital reporting services
- Key findings on what is working well and where RPRA can improve
- Year-over-year results to help RPRA track registrant experience and guide service improvements
