RPRA is hosting a webinar in collaboration with the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) on Thursday, July 24, 2025, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. – Understanding Ontario’s Excess Soil Regulation as a Municipality. 

The session will support municipalities in understanding and meeting their reporting requirements under Ontario’s Excess Soil Regulation. Topics will include:

  • When municipalities and project leaders must file notices under the regulation
  • How to use and navigate RPRA’s Excess Soil Registry, including how to file a notice
  • Support and resources to help with using the registry
