RPRA has posted the final 2027 program fees for producer responsibility programs and digital reporting services.
The 2027 program fee rates take effect on January 1, 2027.

Consultation process
RPRA consulted on the proposed fees from June 30 to August 14, 2026, including hosting five webinars that provided overviews of the fee proposals and an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and share feedback.
RPRA thanks all participants for their valuable input, which was carefully reviewed and considered before the fees were finalized. This consultation report summarizes the feedback received and RPRA’s responses.
The fee models proposed during the consultation were approved unchanged. However, some of the proposed fee rates were modified in response to stakeholder input, and as a result of a reduction in RPRA’s 2027 budget and other adjustments to fee inputs.
