UK proposes digital tracking system for waste transport
The UK is aiming to reform the waste industry by proposing a new digital tracking system to better control waste transport and reduce illegal dumping of waste. The digital tracking system will be used to track waste from the time it is produced, disposed of, recycled, and/or reused. The new system will greatly assist regulators, improve transparency and make it easier for stakeholders to check their waste is being disposed of legally. Learn more.
