WellSpent Upcycling creates high-quality gourmet meals with food waste-based ingredients
WellSpent Upcycling, a subsidiary of At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, is fighting food waste through culinary innovation. Founded in 2022, WellSpent upcycles discarded food into healthy and at times gourmet products as well as raises awareness about sustainability and promotes upcycled foods through events like “WellSpent Evening” which presents fine-dining made from upcycled ingredients.
