Ontario Tire Stewardship Granted Extension to Submit Wind-Up Plan
At the request of OTS, the Minister of the Environment and Climate Change has granted a a 30-day extension for the submission of the Used Tires Program Wind-Up Plan. The new deadline for submission to the Authority is November 30, 2017.
The Minister’s expectation for the Authority’s approval remains March 31, 2018 and the deadline for the wind-up of the Used Tires Program remains December 31, 2018.
