Have your say about proposed changes to Ontario’s Food and Organic Waste Policy Statement

The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks is currently consulting on proposed changes to Ontario’s Food and Organic Waste Policy Statement issued under the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act, 2016.

The proposed changes would clarify and expand the categories of food and organic waste in the policy statement and update direction on the management of compostable products and packaging.
