Phase Two of the Batteries and ITT/AV Supply Data Verification Procedure consultation will be held from Monday, January 10 – Friday, February 18, 2022. RPRA is consulting on the draft procedure so those directly affected by it, such as producers, PROs, and their verifiers, have an opportunity to provide feedback.

RPRA is hosting a webinar on Tuesday, January 18 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am to review the draft Batteries and ITT/AV Supply Data Verification Procedure.

Update to 2022 Supply Data Reporting deadline

Producers will reference the procedure when submitting their first Supply Data Verification Report to RPRA in 2022. Under the Batteries and Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations, the 2022 supply reporting deadline is April 30. To accommodate the development of 2022 Registry fees, RPRA is giving producers until June 30 to submit their 2022 supply data report. A communication will be sent prior to reporting opening.
