New Compliance Bulletin: Hazardous and Special Products Collection Systems

RPRA’s Compliance Bulletin on Hazardous and Special Products (HSP) Collection Systems provides compliance guidance to producers and producer responsibility organizations (PROs) who are required to establish and operate a collection system under the HSP Regulation. This requirement is separate from a producer’s requirement to manage HSP materials collected at a collection site.

The intent of the collection system is to provide the public with access to collection services throughout Ontario to drop off HSP materials.
