RPRA proposing to extend 2023 Excess Soil Registry fees into 2024

RPRA is proposing to extend the 2023 fee model and rates for Excess Soil Registry users into 2024 to allow for additional analysis on the number of filings and volume of soil expected to be submitted to the registry on an annual basis.

Please submit comments or questions on this proposal to consultations@rpra.ca by November 27, 2023.

Proposed changes to excess soil fee rates for 2024 will be consulted on at a later date. Registrants will be notified of future fee consultations via email.
