2024 fees for producer responsibility programs and the Hazardous Waste Program Registry were finalized on November 30. View the fees here.   

The fee models and rates for all programs were approved as proposed during the consultation. View the consultation page. 

Fees for the Excess Soil Registry will be maintained at 2023 rates until the proposed rates for 2024 are finalized.
