RPRA’s Updated Registry Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE), Batteries, and Tires Regulations Now Available on the Environmental Registry of Ontario

The Government of Ontario has published updated versions of RPRA’s registry procedures on the Environmental Registry of Ontario (ERO) for the Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE), Batteries, and Tires Regulations. This publication complies with Section 103(5) of the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act, 2016 (RRCEA).   

These procedures, already detailed on our website and shared with producers for the 2024 reporting season, are used to fulfill audit and verification requirements.
