Participate in RPRA’s consultation on proposed 2025 program fees for producer responsibility programs and the Excess Soil and Hazardous Waste Program registries

RPRA is consulting on proposed 2025 program fees from September 27 to November 12, 2024, for the following:

This proposal outlines the proposed 2025 program fees.

What are program fees?

RPRA charges fees to parties obligated under the RRCEA to recover its costs for building and operating registries, providing service to registrants, compliance and enforcement activities, and public reporting under the RRCEA. Fees charged to Excess Soil and HWP registrants go towards building, maintaining, and operating the registries, and to provide ongoing support to registry users.
