New accounts payable user role in RPRA’s registry

A new accounts payable (AP) user role is now available in RPRA’s registry. This dedicated role allows organizations to assign a user who can manage all billing and payment activities on behalf of their company, including viewing and paying invoices and receiving payment-related emails from RPRA.

All registry accounts must have a designated AP user to ensure financial responsibilities are clearly assigned. Review this FAQ to add an AP user to an existing registry account.

This new user role is in addition to the other billing and payment enhancements released in late October.

Reminder: Updated bank account details for EDI/EFT

As previously announced, RPRA’s bank account details for EDI/EFT payments have changed. The updated banking information is now displayed on all invoices and can also be found in the registry under the Invoices and Payments tab. Please ensure your records are updated to prevent any payment delays.

Reminder: Updated learning resources

RPRA has refreshed its learning resources to support registrants with the new functionality. Updated materials include:

RPRA is also planning to host a Learning Series Event webinar in early 2026 that will provide a detailed overview of the billing and payment enhancements followed by a live Q&A. Stay tuned for registration details.

Email and manifest invoice issues resolved

The recent issues affecting certain payment-related emails and the information displayed on manifest invoices have been resolved. These issues were linked to the registry system enhancements. All email communications and invoicing functions are now operating as expected.

Looking ahead

In early 2026, RPRA will introduce late payment fees for unpaid invoices, as invoices are due upon receipt. More details will be shared closer to launch.
