Late payment fees to be introduced in February 2026 and Learning Series Event
Starting February 1, 2026, RPRA will charge late payment fees on outstanding invoices, as RPRA invoices are due on receipt.
A monthly 1.5% late payment fee will be charged to unpaid invoices. Late payment fees will continue to accrue monthly until the original invoice is paid in full. Registrants will receive an email notification if a late payment fee has been issued to their registry account. Late payment fee invoices can be found under the “Invoices & Payments” tab in a registrant’s account.
This change is part of a broader set of billing and payment enhancements released in the fall of 2025 to simplify payment processes and improve the registrant experience.

On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., RPRA is hosting a Learning Series Event webinar that will provide a detailed overview of the billing and payment enhancements followed by a live Q&A.
Reminder: Set up your AP user:
Accounts that have to pay fees are required to designate an accounts payable (AP) user to help ensure financial responsibilities are clearly assigned and invoices are paid on time. Not sure how to set one up? Review our FAQ on how to add an AP user to an existing registry account.
