RPRA’s Registry is now open for Blue Box supply and performance reporting
RPRA’s Registry is now open for Blue Box producers to complete their annual supply report and for primary processors to complete their annual performance report. Producers, or PROs on their behalf, will submit a simplified performance report directly to RPRA via email.
The deadline for Blue Box supply and performance reporting is May 31, 2026.

Important reminders for 2026 reporting
- Supply data verification report:
- Producers will not be required to submit a verification report with their annual supply report in 2026. Instead, RPRA will undertake an internal data verification process using a risk-based approach.
- Producers must continue to report accurate and complete supply data and may continue to use existing methodologies to calculate supplied quantities (e.g., Average Bill of Materials).
- Producer performance report:
- PROs will submit an aggregate performance report on behalf of their producer clients to report on performance and management activities throughout 2025.
- It remains the producer’s responsibility to ensure their report is submitted by the deadline.
- Processor performance report:
- Secondary processors are not required to submit performance reports until 2027 (reporting on 2026 data), however secondary processors should register with RPRA as soon as possible if they have not already done so.
