Minimizing food packaging with pasta and geometry
Inspired to make a difference to our resource consumption, scientists have created flat-packed pasta. By flat packing the pasta, the space between each piece is eliminated, with added benefits including reduced packaging and transportation costs. The pasta will still come in many shapes and sizes but include grooves that allow them to take their true shape once boiled in water.
