Connecting businesses to the circular food economy in Ontario
ReSource Exchange and the Circular Economy Digital Passport are two projects from Guelph launched by the Smart Cities Office and partner organizations. Both projects aim to join businesses across Ontario in the circular food economy. ReSource Exchange will enable companies to divert their food waste from the landfill to companies that can use them to make new products. Additionally, the Circular Economy Digital Passport enables companies to connect and collaborate with a multitude of stakeholders and resources in the food circular economy network.
