Publication: The big food redesign study
The Ellen McArthur Foundation has published a study that looks at how our current linear food system can transition towards a circular economy. The study was based on looking at the role of fast-moving consumer goods companies and food retailers and how they can help us move toward a circular food system that takes a nature-positive approach.
