E-scooter company launches battery reuse program
Tier Mobility partners with cities, public transport operators, and communities to provide rentable electric scooters, mopeds, and bikes across more than 100 cities to reduce dependence on cars. The company has recently announced it will partner with Vertical Values to repair and recycle defective lithium batteries from their electric scooters. Vertical Values also extracts the lithium cells from broken batteries, where they are individually evaluated and tested, then repurposed into new products. Learn more.
