Ontario community colleges receive green energy boost to support small businesses

Four Ontario community colleges will share $3 million to set up the Canadian Bio-Cleantech Applied Research Network (CBARN) to help businesses develop green energy products. This network will provide research, technical and commercialization support to 65 southern Ontario-based early-stage small- and medium-sized businesses in the bio-cleantech sector, leading to the development of 80 technologies, processes or products and supporting more than 110 jobs.
