Wind turbine blades could be recycled into gummy bears

Researchers at Michigan State University have designed a new generation of wind turbine blades made with a composite resin using plant-derived polymers. Once the blades have reached the end of their lifespan the resin can be broken down, dissolved, and recycled to make new products such as gummy bears. Learn more.
