Renault Trucks announced plans to create a disassembly plant to recycle end-of-life trucks and reuse their spare parts to reduce natural resource usage and their trucks’ environmental impact. The Used Parts Factory will open in France, where the trucks will be dismantled, and their parts sorted and distributed throughout their networks. The used parts will be made available to dealers at a fraction of the cost of new parts and will be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, safely extending the life of their vehicles. Learn more.
