Two Nordic organizations partner to implement recycling vending machines and waste tracking system

Stockholm-based telecommunications organization Ericsson has partnered with TOMRA, a Norwegian recycling company, to improve waste management transparency and efficiency. TOMRA has developed reverse vending machines that collect and process used beverage containers, while Ericsson’s Connected Recycling platform traces waste materials and facilitates their transformation into new products.
