Between November 3 and November 15, 2021, the Authority consulted with industry and the ministry on the Service Provider Advisory Council’s proposed Terms of Reference and solicited interest from the service provider community in participating on the Council. The Authority considered all comments received during the consultation period. Read the Consultation Report.
Following consultation, the Authority finalized the Council’s Terms of Reference and appointed 11 Council members from the waste management sector representing a cross-section of the service provider community, including municipal representation. The list of appointed Council members is posted on the Authority’s Advisory Council webpage.
