Alberta proposes bill that enables creation of extended producer responsibility framework

The Minister of Environment and Parks Alberta has proposed Bill 83, The Environmental Protection and Enhancement Amendment Act that would enable the creation of an extended producer responsibility (EPR) framework for the province.
