Indian artists are using e-waste like discarded mobile phones, laptops, motherboards, and speakers to produce art ranging from paintings to massive sculptures, installations, and murals. The artists collect materials from friends, relatives, and markets to raise awareness about the environmental impact of e-waste, as well as help make a dent in the tonnes of e-waste produced in the country, which ranks India as the third largest producer in the world.
