Cleaning up India’s mountains of e-waste

India is one of the largest electronics markets in the world, but it is also one of the world’s most prolific e-waste generators. According to Global E-waste Monitor, the country produces 3.2 million metric tons of e-waste annually, and recycles only two per cent of unused and unwanted electronics. An ambitious local start-up is attempting to change this by implementing new digital solutions.
