Coffee without the beans?
Your morning cup of coffee just got more sustainable. Seattle-based food tech startup, Atomo, is developing molecular coffee made from upcycled sunflower seed husks and watermelon seeds. Through a chemical process, the scientists at Atomo yield molecules that can mimic the taste and flavour of traditional coffee.
