Concert in Philippines sets records by collecting more than eight tons of e-waste for recycling

A concert in Quezon City, Philippines organized by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the United Nations Industrial Development Organizations, and the EcoWaste Coalition collected a record-breaking amount of e-waste for recycling. The concert aimed to raise awareness about the need for safe e-waste management. About 15,000 participants, primarily youth, showed up and collected over eight tons of e-waste for recycling.
