Creating a circular food economy
Our Food Future is a pilot initiative taking place in the city of Guelph to share ideas, data, and technology solutions to create a sustainable food economy. The problems with our current linear food model are that they create immense food waste and there is difficulty accessing nutritious food. Our Food Future aims to re-establish our food supply chain by designing solutions at the systems level to address food insecurity. Their circular food model brings a vast network of stakeholders and businesses together to create delicious meals.
