Danish researchers upcycle fermented seaweed and rapeseed meal into protein

Researchers at the Danish Technological Institute have found a way to create an alternative protein source using upcycled fermented seaweed and rapeseed meal. The protein has been used as an ingredient in cereal bars, and has just been approved for other uses, like Romanian fruit drinks, and possibly even plant-based meat in the future.
