Fashion design student wins upcycling competition by turning bedsheets into sustainable clothing

Darius Jireh Juson, a designer from Manilla and a student of Fashion Design at the Merchandising Program and De La Salle-College, has won the Top Designer award in the Revive and Renew Upcycling Fashion Competition. For his designs, Juson upcycled old bed linens into capsule wardrobes, promoting sustainable clothing options and multiple styling options intended to extend garment life.
