Giant crow art installation made from recycled tires graces old landfill site

In Ottawa’s LeBreton Flats Pathway, a landfill-turned-park, sits a giant art installation of a crow made entirely from recycled tires by PEI artist Gerald Beaulieu. ‘When the Rubber Meets the Road’ is meant to evoke reflection on our impact on the environment and question the line between the natural world and the manmade.
