Salisbury Composite culinary arts students in B.C. have partnered with Strathcona Food Bank for a new initiative that transforms food that would have gone to waste into tasty prepared meals for food bank clients. These zero-waste dishes, created by students, help them learn about the valuable lesson of repurposing food while giving back to the community. Read more about the initiative.
