Oregon introduces statewide refillable beer bottle system
A first of its kind in the U.S., seven breweries in the state of Oregon have started selling select beers in refillable bottles. A new bottle was developed that is made from mostly recycled glass, making it easier to separate from other glass in the existing bottle deposit system.
