Recycling fishing rope in the Bay of Fundy
The Huntsman Marine Science Centre launched a one-year pilot project in the Bay of Fundy to collect used fishing rope, which is made of different types of plastic. Metal bins are now in 13 wharves across the Bay of Fundy and the pilot is proving popular with fisherman. Learn more about the pilot and how much rope has been collected.
