Recycling millions of Kuwait’s old tires into consumer products

Kuwait has more than 42 million old tires that have been dumped, creating a tire graveyard with dangerous living situations for local residents. EPSCO Global General Trading recycling company is running a plant to take discarded tyres and convert them to products consumers can use. The plant coordinates to pick up the tires, sort and shred them, and create rubbery flooring tiles and more. Learn how the company plans to process up to 3 million tires a year.
